About the role
Sert Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Admin Staff to join our growing team. In this full-time position based in General Trias City, Cavite, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain office records and filing systems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, arrangements
- Provide customer service and handle enquiries from clients and stakeholders
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipments.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with office management software and tools is an advantage
