About the role

Sert Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced and organized Admin Staff to join our growing team. In this full-time position based in General Trias City, Cavite, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain office records and filing systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, arrangements
  • Provide customer service and handle enquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipments.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools is an advantage
