Campaigns and Special Projects FMCG Project Intern

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the platform category campaigns for Mom & Babies, Health categories.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Help create campaign registration, monitor registration rate progress, assist in promotion setting, and writing post-mortem reports.
• Monitor campaigns and flag issues or opportunities for better campaign performance.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Conduct price check and monitoring to ensure PAPE vs. competitor platforms.
• Compile post-campaign results and assist in analyzing performance data.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the campaigns team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large sets of data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

• Strong familiarity with how ByteDance E-commerce platform operates.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
