Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in marketing, business or communications
Proven working experience in digital paid media – preferably performance marketing.
Agency experience in media planning and ad operations is preferred on the following platforms:
o Facebook Ads (Lead Generation, Conversions, Awareness, Traffic)
o Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube)
o TikTok Ads (not required, but a plus)
Can lead and foster collaboration in a cross-functional setup.
Can give inputs on digital campaign planning and execution by giving guidance to creative materials development, media mix, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
Knowledgeable in identifying target audiences on the digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and command on tracking and tagging implementation.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be a team player but can work autonomously.
Innovative, adaptive, and willing to learn
Experience in insurance and financial industry is a plus

Job purpose
Vet the campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and post-campaign reporting of the digital media agency of AXA.
Plan digital paid media campaigns strategy (social, display, video & search) to support the awareness and leads acquisition initiatives of AXA.
Be up to date with the current digital marketing platforms and trends and be able to manage digital agencies and internal stakeholders for end-to-end campaign management.
Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and assess the performance of all digital paid campaigns against KPIs and optimize digital media spend.
Brainstorm and evaluate new and efficient paid media strategies.
Work together with the SEO and analytics team to improve funnel conversion and efficiency for eCommerce.
Responsibilities:
Guiding, vetting, and managing the media agency of AXA on the following tasks:
End to end campaign management
• Campaign Briefing
• Media Planning
• Coordinate Assets and UTM guide
• Oversee Implementations
• Optimizations
Reports
• Campaign Performance Reporting
• End of Campaign Reporting
• Oversee and attend media technical reporting sessions (with media agency)
• Monthly media review
Asset Refreshes – coordinating with brand comms and media agency
Liaising with the internal analytics team for proper tracking of campaign results and aligning the agency thereafter.
