The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and sustainable execution of Bearcat Travel's experiences. You will supervise day-to-day frontline operations, lead a dedicated team, build strong ties with local communities, and uphold the highest standards of guest service, safety, marine conservation, and operational reporting, working closely with team members and partners across our different locations.

Daily Operations & Sustainable Service Delivery

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities for yacht charters, island-hopping tours, and special events with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
  • Ensure all itineraries run smoothly, on time, and with minimal ecological impact.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver an exceptional experience.

Team Leadership & Community Building

  • Lead, motivate, and train ground crew, boat crew, and support staff to work as a united team across different office locations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Marine Conservation & Safety

  • Ensure all operations follow local maritime and environmental regulations.
  • Promote and enforce sustainable practices such as proper waste management and respectful wildlife interaction.
  • Educate staff and guests about Bearcat Travel's marine conservation values.

Reporting, Analysis & Coordination

  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports, including guest feedback, incident logs, and expense tracking.
  • Use spreadsheets and Excel to monitor performance metrics, budgets, and staffing schedules.
  • Coordinate with boat captains, suppliers, and local partners to ensure smooth operations across all locations.
  • Monitor vessel maintenance, supplies, and equipment for safe, efficient service.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, permits, and records.

Flexibility & Problem Solving

  • Be adaptable in handling unexpected changes in weather, guest needs, or logistics.
  • Resolve on-the-ground issues calmly and efficiently, always prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction.
  • Share ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
