Transport Analyst

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential truckers based on client criteria and fleet capacity requirements.
• Track truckers' weekly commitments and analyze trip allocations provided by the client.
• Ensure the on-time deployment of committed trucks according to client timelines.
• Respond promptly to urgent fleet requirements and unexpected changes in demand.
• Arrange immediate truck replacements in cases of no-shows.
• Ensure truckers' personnel complete required training or orientations before deployment.
• Submit timely reports and collaborate closely with truckers and client representatives to facilitate recruitment and onboarding.
• Address and resolve trucker concern efficiently to maintain strong working relationships.
• Identify operational irregularities, develop countermeasures, and propose improvements.
• Document and communicate critical fleet processes to maintain operational continuity.
• Perform other relevant business tasks as assigned.
