Security Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on professional with a bias for action, who can take direction and execute assigned tasks. The successful candidate will have an acute attention to detail and a strong interest in security compliance programs, with a primary focus on supporting Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, primarily through automation. Key Responsibilities Supports senior team members by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing evidence for PCI DSS compliance, ensuring it meets internal quality assurance requirements. Learns and applies established PCI DSS scoping criteria to assigned tasks under direct supervision. Helps analyze cardholder data flows and reviews architecture diagrams to understand risks to cardholder data with guidance from senior analysts. Provides status updates for assigned tasks and collaborates with team members to support program-level reporting. Communicates effectively with stakeholders and supports senior analysts in PCI assessment discussions. Writes and maintains simple scripts and helps build RPA bots to automate the collection of evidence for PCI DSS compliance. Executes test plans for AI prompts and agents, documents results, and provides feedback to senior team members on performance and accuracy for straightforward use cases. Develops a working knowledge of public cloud fundamentals and services by analyzing adherence to industry standards. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a security or technology-related role. English proficiency: B2–C1 level. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field. Plus Experience working with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script). Exposure in creating automations using scripts or RPA bots. Experience supporting a Level 1 or Level 2 organization's PCI DSS compliance effort. Professional training or education in cybersecurity, including certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Network+. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO, and PCI-DSS. A foundational understanding of cloud technologies, services, and networking. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to solutions.
