Your role Batch Processing and Monitoring (70%) Monitor the online application systems; Monitor the status of the application processes; Perform the end-of-day batch for various application systems based on the process log; Perform regular tasks as assigned by the shift lead. Request and Incident Handling (20%) Resolve assigned requests in a timely manner consistent with approved policies and procedures; Escalate and report to proper support groups for any problems encountered during monitoring and batch processing; Escalate issues and requests in accordance with the policy and procedure; Update users and support groups regarding the status of escalated problems. Other Functions (10%) Participate in training programs and section/team meetings; Recommend changes and improvements to process logs; Monitor the status of hardware and environment; Ensure security of servers/equipment inside the data center server room; Perform routine checking on all assigned machines and equipment; Conduct user acceptance testing; Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
