Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for sales and a desire to help people find their dream properties? Atlanta Land Corp. is seeking dynamic Team Leaders to join our team in Cabanatuan City. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our exceptional properties, guiding clients through the entire sales process, and building a successful career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Management, should be able to have a team consisting of a minimum 3 sales agents/ property specialist to a maximum of 10.

· Sales & Client Engagement. Actively promote and market Grand Victoria Estates and other upcoming projects to prospective buyers, showcasing their unique features and benefits.

· Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various marketing strategies, networking events, and online platforms.

· Site Tours & Presentations. Conduct engaging property viewings and deliver compelling presentations, highlighting the value and potential of Grand Victoria Estates and other upcoming projects.

· Sales Process Management. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

-With at least 2 years real estate sales experience from other developers.

· Real Estate Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real estate Broker (Preferred but not needed). Having a valid Real Estate Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker is highly advantageous. [ PRC registration/ HLURB Salesperson registration/ or other equivalent]

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the real estate industry.

· Self-Driven and Results-Oriented. Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales goals.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

· International Network Advantage, existing network or connections abroad is a significant asset; former Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are strongly encouraged to apply.

· Tech Savvy. Comfortable and proficient in using technology for communication, marketing, and sales purposes.
