Site Reliability Engineer

Non nego:

  • 5+ years' experience (Senior)
  • Will handle stakeholders like (bancnet, instapay, external and internal stakeholders)
  • With Banking experience or Hybrid (Telco etc. as long as with Banking)
  • Will handle 3 FTEs
  • JIRA as Ticketing tool

Nice to have:

  • Slack – communication tool
  • Office 365, MS Teams  – Knowledge
  • Any certifications relating to Mobile apps

Responsibilities

  • Will do conference calls about ticket, corresponding cost sa ticket.
  • Managing people (2-3 resources)
  • Service Desk - Level 1
  • Must be willing to be on call to resolve issues remotely (weekends or after office hours)

Work Arrangement:Hybrid (3days a week) – minimum
