JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Purchasing
✨ With experience working in Manufacturing company is an advantage
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Assist in planning and managing the organization’s procurement strategies
✨Supervise and guide junior clerks and buying staff to ensure compliance with procurement policies
✨Review and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and efficiently
✨Evaluate supplier performance and help maintain strong vendor relationships
✨Support cost-reduction initiatives and assist in negotiating terms and pricing with suppliers
✨Conduct monthly inventory checks
✨Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel
✨Maintain complete and updated purchasing records and ensure procurement systems are kept current
✨Collaborate with internal departments to resolve delays, discrepancies, and supply issues
✨Assist with market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative materials
✨Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, company policies, and internal controls
✨Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
