The Opportunity Archontas Builders' is seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Head to join our team in Batangas City, Batangas. As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of premium residential properties and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve the desired return on investment Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including brochures, website content, and social media posts Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, such as real estate agents and developers Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously improve

What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that drive sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management systems A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
