Cluster Marketing Assistant

The role of a Cluster Marketing Assistant is to ensure the achievement of sales targets for the cluster. This involves focusing on brand new sales through both cash and installment options.

  1. Coordinate with relevant teams to monitor customer sales progress.
  2. Collect information from customers, assess their requirements, and evaluate potential fraud risk.
  3. Enter sales applications into the system.
  4. Monitor the entire sales process, including unit testing and release.
  5. Calculate down payments accurately for each customer.
  6. Collaborate with the CSOD team on unit pricing.
  7. Adhere to standard procedures in all sales activities.
  8. Provide regular updates on the Sales Report to enable monitoring of sales target achievement.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and provide essential product details.
  10. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
  11. Assist customers throughout the sales process.
  12. Implement marketing initiatives for motorcycles, including promotional activities and corporate sales programs.
  13. Ensure team compliance with promotional guidelines and instructions from Head Office.
  14. Coordinate with the Marketing Team to implement marketing programs and activities effectively.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Preference for candidates with a driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle.
