Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

· Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.

· Assist customers in finding products and answer their inquiries.

· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Sales and Cashiering:

· Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.

· Process sales transactions, including exchanges and returns.

· Inform customers about promotions, sales, and special offers to encourage additional purchases.

Stock Management:

· Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.

· Participate in inventory counts and report stock shortages to management.

· Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.

Store Maintenance:

· Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms.

· Keep aisles, shelves, and displays tidy and organized.

· Identify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Merchandising:

· Arrange products on shelves and displays to attract customers.

· Ensure all products are correctly labeled with prices and promotional signage.

· Set up and dismantle seasonal and promotional displays as required.

Team Collaboration:

· Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and store operations.

· Assist in training new employees by demonstrating tasks and sharing knowledge.

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store operations and customer service.
