A Store Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, handling sales transactions, stocking merchandise, and supporting the overall operations of the store. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualification:

  • High school/Senior High school Graduate
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks given.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Has experience in production of pastries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answer their inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Process sales transactions, including exchanges and returns.
  • Inform customers about promotions, sales, and special offers to encourage additional purchases.
  • Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Participate in inventory counts and report stock shortages to management.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
