What you will be doing:

  • Prepare Quotations and keep a historical record
  • Have a record of Purchase Orders from clients
  • Prepare Sales Order
  • Provide delivery information
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department on client credit history
  • Coordinate with Inventory Department regarding available stocks and relay information to Sales and the Management
  • Coordinate sales records from other Fleximetal branches
  • Preparation of Production Request for special items

  • Make sure the following information are coordinated to the Sales Team:

  • Pricing and Discount approved by the management

  • Inventory levels

  • Client's credit limit

  • Prepare samples if necessary, to help the Marketing Assistant

  • Assist walk-in Customers if necessary

  • Other duties as assigned

Academic Requirement/s

  • Graduate of BS Business Admin or any related course

Work Experience

  • Fresh Graduate / 6 months to 1 year work experience as Sales Assistant/Coordinator experience

Competency Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with people over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Attentive to detail and administrative skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
