
Sales Coordinator

What you will be doing:
- Prepare Quotations and keep a historical record
- Have a record of Purchase Orders from clients
- Prepare Sales Order
- Provide delivery information
- Coordinate with Accounting Department on client credit history
- Coordinate with Inventory Department regarding available stocks and relay information to Sales and the Management
- Coordinate sales records from other Fleximetal branches
- Preparation of Production Request for special items
Make sure the following information are coordinated to the Sales Team:
Pricing and Discount approved by the management
Inventory levels
Client's credit limit
Prepare samples if necessary, to help the Marketing Assistant
Assist walk-in Customers if necessary
Other duties as assigned
Academic Requirement/s
- Graduate of BS Business Admin or any related course
Work Experience
- Fresh Graduate / 6 months to 1 year work experience as Sales Assistant/Coordinator experience
Competency Requirements
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with people over the phone
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail and administrative skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
