  • Gleaning Technical Requirements from new customers
  • Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts
  • Working with Sales and Technical teams on proposals
  • Preparing Technical Documents for customers (eg) RFPs, Architecture Solutions
  • Managing relationships with customers technical team and providing post-sales support as necessary
  • Staying up to date on Products and competitors to position solutions effectively
  • Sharing product updates with customers
