About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled
Medication Support Representatives
to join our remote care coordination team supporting U.S.-based behavioral health providers. This role ensures accurate medication management, timely communication with pharmacies, providers, and patients, and compliance with clinical and documentation standards.

Candidates must hold
PHRN
(Philippine Registered Nurse) and preferred
USRN
(U.S. Registered Nurse) licenses and have exceptional communication skills, clinical awareness, and the ability to navigate fast-paced workflows.

This position follows a
7-on / 7-off work schedule
, meaning you work Monday through Sunday for one week, then have the following Monday through Sunday off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medication-related assistance to patients, providers, and pharmacies under established clinical guidelines.
  • Review and process medication refill requests, prior authorizations, and prescription clarifications.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding medication updates, dosage changes, and refill approvals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR/EHR system.
  • Perform medication reconciliation and verify correct prescriptions based on provider notes.
  • Assist with medication adherence follow-ups and patient education within scope of practice.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound communication promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organization policies at all times.
  • Escalate clinical issues to appropriate supervising providers as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active
    PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse)
    license.
  • Active
    USRN license
    (any U.S. state) - Preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical nursing, RCM, telehealth, medication coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of medications, dosing, pharmacies, and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating 7-on / 7-off schedule.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with EMR/EHR platforms (Athena, Kareo, Epic, etc.).
  • Prior experience in U.S. healthcare, psychiatry, or medication assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
