Job Overview

The Medical Representative will be assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on diagnostics or medical devices, and a proven track record of success in territory management and customer relationship building. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for diagnostics products.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and key opinion leaders within the territory, building and maintaining relationships to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, laboratories, and distributors to promote product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage sales pipeline and opportunities, tracking and reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management to support decision-making and planning.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and promote diagnostics products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

What our Client is Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales roles, with a focus on diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a territory management role.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
