Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Support Associate to provide comprehensive support in compliance and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with statutory benefits, bookkeeping, and record management while supporting general administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Work-from-home setup with occasional onsite

Department:

HR/Admin and Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Handle statutory benefits filings and compliance tasks, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR reports
  • Support bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial and compliance records
  • Manage and organize administrative documents and records
  • Assist in maintaining HR and admin-related processes and reports
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager in coordinating workflows, monitoring tasks, and streamlining operational processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure timely flow of information
  • Support special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Ensure compliance-related deadlines are met and assist in preparing reports for leadership

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) required
  • Prior experience in HR, admin support, compliance, or operations-related tasks is preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and proactively
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment
