Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of BS-Psychology, HRM or any business-related courses.Open for fresh graduate
  • Good personality Experience as an office assistant or in related field
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Can Start ASAPTO BE ASSIGNED IN TAGUM CITY.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Maintain good and professional relationship with co-employees

2) Follow proper work ethics on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork

3) Responsible for the maintenance of employees logbook which keep a daily record for absences, leave, changes in personnel status or any untoward incident related to staff employment

4) Handles some administrative functions & clerical works

5) Act as front desk officer

6) Responsible for voucher & check preparation and assume responsibility for possible penalties in case of late payments

7) Filing all important documents needed for company operations and ensure easy retrieval if deemly required

8.) In-charge of meal allowances for all deliveries personnel

9) Responsible for office supplies monitoring & ordering10) Responsible for cash disbursement preparation

11) Responsible for issuance & monitoring of all invoices & Official Receipts

12) Monitor the Daily Sales Inventory and Cashier Sales everyday.

13) Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by her superior from time to time;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
