Agency Development Officer

Agency Development Officer in areas of NCR/South Luzon, North & Central Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Job Descrptions:
- Recruiting Agents: Identify and appoint qualified individuals as life insurance agents, especially in both urban and rural areas.
- Training & Development: Provide initial and ongoing training to agents to ensure they understand products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Sales Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate agents to achieve goals—often focused on selling policies.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to grow the agency network and penetrate new markets.
- Support & Coaching: Offer continuous guidance and support to agents, helping them close deals and improve productivity.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure agents follow regulatory guidelines and company policies, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and how to position them effectively.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and inspire performance.
- Monitor metrics and adjust strategies to improve agent output.
