We are urgently looking for a Welfare Officer with solid experience working in a placement or recruitment agency. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in handling applicant concerns, welfare cases, and processing requirements with the DMW (Department of Migrant Workers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support applicants throughout the recruitment and deployment process
  • Handle welfare-related cases and provide appropriate resolutions
  • Coordinate with the DMW for documentation, compliance, and case follow-ups
  • Ensure timely processing of all applicant requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation and clear communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a placement/recruitment agency is required
  • Strong knowledge of DMW processes, procedures, and documentation flow
  • Able to manage applicant concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Can work under pressure and handle urgent tasks
