Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to take ownership of our Power BI environment and help us turn raw data into actionable insights. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports to help us run the business more effectively across operations, finance, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is not only fluent in Power BI but can also guide us in understanding what's possible and how to best visualize our data to drive better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operations, finance, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Design and build Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into:
  • Work order volumes, status, and turnaround times
  • Customer trends and performance
  • Technician productivity and resource utilization
  • Financial metrics (costs, margins, revenue by client, etc.)
  • Recommend and implement the best Power BI visuals and features to represent complex data in intuitive and meaningful ways.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity between the work order management system , Sage Intact, and Power BI.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on how to navigate and interpret dashboards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, data improvement, and enhanced analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience
  • Proven ability to create impactful visualizations and tell stories through data.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data transformation, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience working with operational or financial data sets.
  • Ability to engage with non-technical business users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with work order, field service, or facilities management systems is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am PHT
