We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Create and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) for reporting and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports that communicate key business metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization within BI systems.
  • Maintain data documentation and support end-users with training or troubleshooting.
  • Integrate BI solutions with existing systems and databases.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to support enterprise reporting needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role for Mid Level.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role for Senior Level.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
