Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BI projects from design to delivery, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Design and develop data warehouses and scalable data architecture solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Risk, and Operations to translate business needs into BI deliverables.
  • Optimize query performance and maintain efficient data refresh and processing times.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across systems and teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior BI developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Document BI processes, workflows, and data lineage.
  • Stay updated with emerging BI tools and technologies to continuously improve efficiency and innovation.
Must Have

5–8 years BI or Data Analytics experience SQL & ETL proficiency (SSIS/Talend/Azure Data Factory)

Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik mastery

Cloud BI experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
