Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in the construction industry (US market) to oversee and support our growing operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals supporting US-based construction projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Oversee project coordination, documentation, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between management and the team for updates, escalations, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a construction-related role (US market experience highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, project workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Makati office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, night shift (to align with US time zones).
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
