Project Manager

Level: Manager

Reports to:Director/ Chief Client officer

Short Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. In this fast-paced early-stage biotech company, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing or coordinating scientific or technical projects and will be comfortable working at the interface of science, operations, and business. This position will support the preparation of high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and project documentation.

This is a remote role with flexibility required to overlap with US and UK working hours in addition to occasional overlap with Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed to maintain project momentum.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with clients via Zoom or Teams (typically averaging 4-8 per week).
  • Summarize meetings and list actions.
  • Coordinate project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals, study protocols, and scientific reports.
  • Monitor project progress and update management.
  • Track resources, and milestones.
  • Support preparation of presentations, graphics, and documents using Microsoft and Adobe software.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, startup environment.
  • Promote client's core values: integrity, honesty, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing or coordinating scientific, technical, or R&D projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and MS Word.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Comfortable working independently and across time zones in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar)
  • Familiarity with laboratory operations or research in the life sciences
  • Experience supporting business development or client-facing projects
  • Prior work in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment

Education

· Bachelor's degree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry or a related scientific field.

Requirement:

· Have a stable internet connection, at least 150mbps and have a backup connection of 100mbps.

· A conducive working environment at home. Must be away from noisy background and any kind of distraction.

· Amenable to working on shifting schedules, overtime, and during PH holidays. (Work schedules will depend on the local timezone of the US and the UK Client.) Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed to maintain project momentum.
