JOB ROLE:

Data Center Operations Knowledge -In-depth understanding of the operational requirements and challenges of running a data center, including

energy management, cooling systems, and security protocols.

Regulatory Compliance - Familiarity with local and international building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards applicable to

construction and data centers.

Financial Acumen - Ability to manage and oversee large project budgets, including cost forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting.

Sustainable Building Practices - Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and the integration of green technologies in building design,

particularly for energy efficiency and waste reduction in data centers.

Stakeholder Management Skills - Proficiency in managing and navigating relationships with a variety of local and global stakeholders, including clients,

contractors, government agencies, and community groups.

Advanced Risk Management-Advanced skills in identifying potential project risks, including technical, financial, and operational, and developing

effective mitigation strategies.

Technology Integration - Understanding of the latest technologies in construction and data center management, including automation tools, project

management software, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Safety Regulatory and compliance - safety regulations and compliance ensures the project follows legal and safety standards, minimizing risks,

avoiding penalties, and protecting people and assets.

Job Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Project Manager: At least 5 years in project management, with a preference for backgrounds in data centers, technology, or

telecommunications.

PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
