IT Service Desk | Up to 40,000 salary package + 20% Night pay | 25,000 SOB
Benefits:

Experience & Background
- Minimum 3 years of total ITSD experience (must be from an international account)
- Strong communication skills — good to excellent English proficiency
Educational Background
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate
- Associate Graduate (2 years)
- College Graduate — must be able to present a diploma
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Skilled in software and hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in MS365, VPN, and Citrix
- Experience in handling Microsoft-related issues
