IT Service Desk | Up to 40,000 salary package + 20% Night pay | 25,000 SOB

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 3 years of total ITSD experience (must be from an international account)
  • Strong communication skills — good to excellent English proficiency

Educational Background

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Senior High School Graduate
  • Associate Graduate (2 years)
  • College Graduate — must be able to present a diploma

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Active Directory (AD)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Skilled in software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in MS365, VPN, and Citrix
  • Experience in handling Microsoft-related issues
