To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Openness to feedback and a continuous improvement mindset

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Supporting the team in creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Helping manage and update the company's social media platforms
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas
  • Assisting in organizing office-based or virtual marketing events and initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing department when needed
