We are looking for a skilled and creative Non-Licensed Architect to support the planning, design, and development of various resort structures, amenities, and improvement projects. The role involves assisting in concept creation, drafting, site monitoring, and coordinating with contractors and internal departments to ensure designs are executed according to standards.

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models for cottages, villas, kiosks, beach amenities, pontoons, signage, and other resort structures.
  • Create concept designs for upcoming projects such as cafés, bars, recreational areas, water activity zones, and landscape features.
  • Revise and update plans based on feedback from management and contractors.
  • Prepare as-built plans, measurements, and site development layouts.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure contractors follow approved plans.
  • Assist in estimating materials, dimensions, and design specifications for upcoming builds or renovations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and resort operations team for ongoing projects.
  • Present design options and updates to management for approval.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, structural references, and materials.
  • Conduct on-site checks to ensure alignment with design standards.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, potential issues, and suggested improvements.
  • Ensure projects maintain resort branding, theme consistency, safety, and functionality.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture (license not required).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
  • Knowledge in structural basics and site measurements.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in resort, hospitality, or commercial design is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
