The Business Analyst Intern will support product strategy and innovation initiatives. This role involves researching market trends, documenting insights, and contributing to the early-stage discovery and planning of new products. The intern will work alongside experienced analysts and product teams to help shape the company's future roadmap.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (google sheets, docs and slides)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, SaaS, loyalty programs, and digital customer experiences

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products
  • Help document and improve internal processes and workflows
  • Assist in the creating clear, structured documentation, including research summaries, product briefs, and requirements
  • Help identify and document customer pain points, product feedback, and feature requests from internal teams
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions and support in translating them into business/functional requirements
