Job Title: Business Analyst – Accounting & ERP Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong Accounting knowledge and ERP system experience. The role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions to ensure accurate financial and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and document business requirements, particularly in accounting and finance processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose ERP solutions.

· Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing.

· Ensure accurate integration of accounting processes within the ERP system.

· Prepare business process flowcharts, documentation, and reports.

· Provide end-user training and support for ERP-related issues.

· Work closely with IT and Finance teams to streamline financial workflows.

· Support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

· Strong background in Accounting principles and practices.

· Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· Experience in business process improvement and ERP implementation projects is an advantage.

· Preferred Skills

· CPA or equivalent accounting certification (a plus but not required).
