Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are seeking IT Support to handle technical issues, set up devices, manage user accounts, and maintain system performance. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hardware/software, and the ability to support users effectively.

What You'll Do:

  • Responding to support requests from desktop and client staff in a timely manner

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals

  • Installing and configuring software applications and updating them as needed

  • Setting up new desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals and configuring them

  • Providing user training and support to ensure efficient use of hardware, software and systems

  • Managing user accounts, including creating, modifying and deleting accounts and managing permissions and access controls

  • Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software used by desktop and client staff, including updates and license agreements

  • Documenting support requests, solutions and procedures for future reference

  • Providing regular reports to management on the status of support operations


What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, applications, and software

  • Familiarity with network connectivity and troubleshooting

  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and updating software applications

  • Ability to set up and configure new desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals

  • Understanding of user account management and access controls

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and management
