General Description of the Position:

The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the execution of the implementation project scope while acting as the point of contact during the project life cycle. The Implementation Engineer also serves as the first level of support for clients during the project life cycle, working with them in understanding their needs and recommending options and ideas.

List of Responsibilities:

  1. Works with the Project Engineer in executing approve implementation plan and blueprint of the project.

  2. Prepares and executives the following:

  3. System-related configuration

  4. Internal and Externa Testing
  5. User Acceptance Testing

  6. Project Live Run

  7. Deploys project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle.

  8. Conducts the following activity during the project life cycle:

  9. Training of clients

  10. Business Review
  11. Configuration
  12. Data Migration
  13. Onsite and offsite assistance

  14. Project updates

  15. Ensures that the following documentations are in place:

  16. Training Document

  17. Business Process Requirement Documentation o Configuration Document
  18. System Line-run Documentation o Project Closure
  19. Minutes of the Meeting

  20. Issue and Solution Logs

  21. Provides ongoing support for customer during implementation.

  22. Creates, modifies and releases ISO-related documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
