Job Description:Who are we looking for?
  • Oversee a team of administrators to ensure objectives are met in accordance with procedures and service level agreements.
  • Engage in continual improvement by participating in process and procedure reviews and providing feedback to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery.
  • Monitor the delivery of tasks by tracking requests in electronic systems and providing feedback to team members where needed.
  • Coach / Mentor team members to ensure they reach their maximum potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Observe performance levels within the team, with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels.
  • Participate in and support up skilling sessions to ensure the team have the required knowledge to undertake tasks.
  • Complete Administrator tasks in times of increased workload and team leave periods.
  • Evaluate vendor's HSE Management Systems to ensure they are appropriate to manage the risk associated with site activities undertaken on behalf of GHD. This includes reviewing risk management documentation such as Job Safety and Environmental Analysis' (JSEAs), Safe Work Methods (SWM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Site HSE Plans.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on team member outputs to determine the quality of work being done and areas for improvement.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Ability to work within procedures and train team members on requirements to ensure consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail; experience checking the accuracy of team member's work outputs and working through identified issues with team members.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and service level agreements, whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • High level of initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving / trouble shooting skills.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience with risk management, including identifying hazards and determining appropriate control measures to mitigate the associated risks.
  • Experience working in a remote and multi-cultural team environment would be an advantage.
