Job Overview

The Vendor Compliance Support role involves ensuring vendors meet compliance and service delivery standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Operations and departments on approvals, vendor document submission quality, and follow-ups throughout the approval process.
  • Support Contract and COI management, including technical issue coordination, record check-ups, and addressing expiring or terminated Contracts/COIs.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, set up scorecards, coordinate with country teams, and prepare vendor performance reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by Regional Management.
  • Support regional initiatives, such as vendor rationalization programs.
Vendor Compliance Management

This role is the primary point of contact for managing vendor compliance, including JLL's and the Client's TPO/TPI screening process and related documentation tracking. Ensure data trackers and files are up to date and accurate.
