
Costumer Service Representative Healthcare Account

Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support our healthcare account in a dynamic BPO environment. You will assist members, providers, or policyholders by answering inquiries about healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and more — while ensuring quality, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare inquiries.
- Assist customers with benefits, claims status, authorizations, and account concerns.
- Explain insurance coverage, co-payments, and billing issues clearly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or support teams as needed.
- Meet performance metrics (AHT, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
