The Company:

BTI Payments Philippines, Inc., is an independent diversified payments technology provider. We are accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as Operator for Payment System, and BancNet as Independent ATM deployer.

To date, we own and manage over 3,000 plus Pay & Go kiosks and 46 Cash Connect ATM machines nationwide.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Banktech – a leader in ATM and payment technology in Australia for 25 years, bringing decades expertise and experience into transactions processing and payment device management, across Australia and Asia, specifically here in the Philippines.

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on strategies to boost product visibility and sales by ensuring that Pay&Go locations are attractive to users and drive demand at the point of sale. He/She will be tasked to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to specific channels, manage in-store promotions, and collaborate with other teams to achieve performance targets.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Developing engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media presence, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns.
  • SEO/SEM: Implementing and optimizing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Website Management: Overseeing the company website, including content updates, design, and user experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Managing the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
  • Team Management: Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team of composed of direct hires, contractual staff and agencies.
