What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service and finding the right solutions
  2. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  3. Troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve our products and services
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and industry developments

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and problem-solve
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  4. Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management software
  5. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to professional development
