About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' in Danao City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients through our contact centre. Your strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve will be essential in delivering a positive experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries effectively
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A positive, adaptable and resilient attitude to handle the demands of a fast-paced contact centre environment
  6. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
