About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a full-time OPTUS Co EX Voice Service - Telco CSR / OPTUS- WFH SET UP to join our dynamic customer service team in Danao City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone-based support to our valued customers, ensuring they receive a seamless and satisfying experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of OPTUS products and services
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to enhance the customer experience
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
