Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related Engineering course
  • Preferably with Valid Driver's License
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Set up or Food & Beverage Industry
  • Demonstrate creative mindset, analytical thinking and Strong leadership
  • Well verse in Machine Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance and other machinery/Equipment activities both for Mechanical, Electrical or Electro- Mechanical Control system.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Knowledge/Skills on Problem solving, reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Project Management and Technical Literacy
  • Knowledge on PDCA Cycle, Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and Cause and Effect Diagram.
  • With effective Oral and Written communication skills

Job description

  • The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling and implementation of maintenance activities both for Project Maintenance Contractor and in-house Maintenance Technicians.
  • Planning, monitoring and implementation of all departmental work orders prepare and schedule all work orders according to its priority and materials availability.
  • Administer and enforces the preventive maintenance program to ensure continuous and operating conditions of all Store equipment's and Head Office Machine equipment's and Facilities
  • Conduct studies and make recommendation or plans to improve the performance of facilities and equipment and energy savings initiative
  • Implement the Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program.
  • Administer and enforces Safety program Standard Practices.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis using the Right Tools and Maintenance Approach.
  • Conduct In-house Cost Estimate of all Maintenance Project.
  • Other Matters related to any Maintenance Activities as needed.

Pay: Php40, Php42,000.00 per month
