- Receives and endorses mail and packages delivered to the assigned office or site.
- Assists and welcomes visitors, clients, applicants, consultants and others in the assigned office or site.
- Manage the lobby area
Coordination
- Liaises with all team members, customers, and clients.
- Possesses good customer-service orientation by being open about ideas, comments, and feedback from employees, customers and suppliers, and vendors.Quality Assurance
- Ensures the quality of work by minimizing errors and repetition of errors.
- Assists in resolving issues and concerns related to the position
Job Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in any Business Administration courses (preferably Tourism & Hospitality courses)
- Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint
- Open to work in Ortigas, Pasig site
- Above Average communication skills with positive attitude
- With at least a height of 5'4 and up
