We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our portfolio of FMCG products. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for our portfolio of FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track expenses.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage brand positioning and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
