Role Description:

We are looking for a Junior Architect / Draftsman to join our team and support the design, drafting, and documentation of residential and/or commercial projects. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and details
  • Produce accurate CAD drawings and revisions based on design direction
  • Support design development and schematic design work
  • Prepare presentation materials and basic 3D visuals when required
  • Coordinate with senior architects, designers, and project teams
  • Assist in the preparation of permit and construction documents
  • Perform site measurement documentation and as-built drawings when needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Architecture or related course (licensed not required)
  • 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or drafting
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Archicad
  • Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar software
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and architectural standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn and take on various design and drafting tasks
