Job Set-up and Requirements:

  • Work Mode: Permanent work-from-home setup
  • Location: Open to candidates from any location except the Province of Nueva Ecija, La Union, Laguna, Cebu, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Bataan
  • Internet & Power: Stable internet and power connection are mandatory
  • Work in Shifts: Five (5) days workweek

Weekdays: Four (4) days of shifts, either from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Weekend: One (1) day shift on either Saturday or Sunday from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Salary: SGD during the probation period and SGD upon regularization

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with online marketplaces.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining quality service
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup|
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, customer service, or order processing is a plus
  • Handle administrative tasks, including email management and reporting.
  • Strong time management & multitasking skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and issues across e-commerce platforms
  • Manage invoicing for all purchase orders (POs).
  • Contribute to marketing efforts for online shops across eCommerce platforms.
  • Update and maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing across all eCommerce platforms and campaign monitoring.
  • Manage electronic filing systems for company documents.

Pay: Php21, Php26,000.00 per month
