We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Management and Leasing Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management:

  • Communicate professionally via phone and email with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Use Tapi (maintenance software) to organize, monitor, and follow up on maintenance jobs.
  • Update and maintain property records using tools like PropertyMe, RP Data, and Realworks.

Leasing Assistance:

  • Manage property listings and inquiries using EagleCRM and other leasing platforms.
  • Process rental applications, conduct background/reference checks, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property inspections and follow up with prospective tenants after viewings.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

Experience:

  • At least 2+ years in Australian property management, leasing, or real estate admin.

Phone and Communication Skills:

  • Strong, professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for clear and professional communication.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience with the following tools:

  • EagleCRM (for property listings and management).

  • RP Data (for property information and reports).
  • Realworks (for contracts and compliance).
  • Tapi (for maintenance coordination).

Tech Setup:

  • Stable and fast internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • A reliable computer and a quiet home office setup.

Time Zone Availability:

  • Must be available between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Brisbane time (AEST).
