About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead who will drive the design, development, and delivery of backend and microservices solutions. You will lead a development team, guide technical decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure system architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a software engineering team.
  • Oversee requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and review architecture for microservices and backend platforms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems and ensure smooth system operations.
  • Support CI/CD, API integration, and containerized deployments.
Must-Have Skills
  • 7+ years software development experience (NodeJS or Java/Spring Boot).
  • 1+ year experience leading/mentoring engineers.
  • 3+ years containerization experience (Docker).
  • 5+ years experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Strong backend knowledge: databases, networking, security.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Experience with CI/CD, API Gateway, and messaging tools (Kafka, Solace, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
  • Microservices design and implementation experience.
  • Hands-on OpenShift experience.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Cloud-native architecture and scalability background.
