Are you a persuasive communicator with at least 6 months of BPO experience who loves closing a deal?

We are immediately hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives in Quezon City to join our team dedicated to a leading international Sales Account. This role focuses heavily on achieving targets and driving revenue, using your customer service skills to maximize sales opportunities.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced On-Site position that requires you to work from our Quezon City office location.

  1. Education: Must be at least a Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or a College Graduate/Undergraduate.
  2. Experience: Must have at least 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience (Sales or Customer Service background is highly preferred).
  3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
  4. Sales Focus: Proven desire to work in a demanding, target-driven sales environment.
  5. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and resilience are essential.
  6. Availability: Must be willing to work on-site on shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Start Date: Must be able to start ASAP.

IMPORTANT: Work Setup

This is a strictly ON-SITE position in Quezon City. We do not offer a Work-From-Home (WFH) or Hybrid setup for this role.
